Job summary

Nothing But Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor for our client in the manufacturing sector at Newton Aycliffe. You will deliver case management to enable early return to work, provide health guidance, and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet SLAs.

The role requires OH/dept experience, health surveillance skills including vaccinations and phlebotomy, and familiarity with NMC codes.

Qualifications

• Two years of case management experience with complex referrals.
• Experience in client wellness and health promotion activities.
• Trained in clinical services including health surveillance, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.
• Experience within Occupational Health departments.
• Experience within the Rail sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional occupational health case management advice to facilitate early return to work for absent employees.

• Engage with other service teams regarding client and patient queries.
• Complete clinical administration in line with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in clinical audit activities as necessary.

• Experience within the Rail sector

Package
