Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for a First Aid Trainer / Trainee First Aid Trainer in Ealing. You will deliver engaging first aid and safety courses across the local area, with full training provided and progression to Level 3 Qualification.

The role starts on a trainee salary of £27,129, increasing after successful completion of training, and involves a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for helping and educating others.
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and assessing training courses to a professional and engaging standard.
• Creating a positive learning environment that encourages participation.
• Maintaining and developing your own subject knowledge and training skills.
• Preparing training venues and equipment ahead of sessions.
• Conducting dynamic risk assessments when required.
• Building strong relationships with learners and venue contacts.
• Ensuring training equipment is maintained, clean and fit for purpose.

About the Role

As a First Aid Trainer, you'll play a vital role in equipping individuals and organisations with potentially life‑saving skills. You'll deliver engaging and interactive training courses across your local area, helping learners build confidence and knowledge in areas such as:

• First Aid at Work


• Fire Marshal Training


• Health & Safety Training


• Other workplace compliance courses

No previous training experience? No problem. If you're confident, enjoy working with people and are keen to develop a new skillset, our client will provide all the training and support you need to become a qualified trainer.
