Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a First Aid Trainer (or Trainee) based in Ealing to deliver engaging courses across the local area. You will train learners in essential first aid, fire marshal, mental health awareness, and safety topics, progressing from trainee to trainer after completing training.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for helping and educating others.
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first aid training courses in a professional and engaging manner.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation.
• Maintain and develop subject knowledge and training skills.
• Prepare training venues and equipment ahead of sessions.
• Conduct dynamic risk assessments when required.
• Build strong relationships with learners and venue contacts.
• Ensure training equipment is maintained, clean and fit for purpose.

Location: Ealing | Trainee Trainer £27,129 will increase once completed training | £28,814 Trainer
Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30 | Occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required to meet customer needs.

About the Role
