Looking for a talented RGN or RMN Staff Nurse with a caring and empathetic approach to join our UK nursing home team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident.
• Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to provide the best possible care to residents.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to provide person‑centered care.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
• Manage any emergencies or situations that may arise during your shift.

Requirements:

• NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Minimum of 1‑2 years' experience working in a nursing home or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• A kind and caring attitude toward residents and their needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing situations and needs.
