Job summary

Elliott Eggs, a busy family-run business, is seeking dedicated staff to join its egg packing centre in Bewholme. The role runs five days a week from 2pm to 10pm, supporting production lines by operating equipment, following SOPs, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will work as part of a team to meet production targets, perform routine equipment maintenance, and ensure a clean, organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team to work in our Egg Packing Centre working five days each week between 2pm and 10pm at our site in Bewholme. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the production line, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Elliott Eggs is a busy family run business who due to continued expansion now require additional experienced staff to support our team.

We run a very busy egg packing centre where we grade, pack and distribute our free range eggs to a large range of customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.

Experience

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift boxes as required.
