Job summary

Noble Foods Home of the Happy Egg Co. is seeking an reliable Production Operative for our evening production team. You’ll help with preparing, processing, and packing products while upholding quality, GMP and safety standards. No prior experience needed as full training will be provided.

You will work in a team, aiming to meet customer requirements and production targets, with shift hours from 17:30 to 02:00. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development.

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our evening production team.

This role plays a vital part in preparing, processing, and packing products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and health & safety. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, take pride in your work, and help ensure customer requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are consistently met.

No Previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out production and packing tasks efficiently and safely Operate machinery, mechanical equipment, and automated systems (training provided) Complete production documentation accurately to maintain full traceability Contribute to achieving production targets and maximising efficiency Maintain product quality, integrity, and hygiene standards at all times Follow company Health & Safety procedures and training Support waste segregation and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes Undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by Line Managers or Supervisors Participate in required training to support personal and business development Health, Safety & Quality: Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others Report accidents, near misses, or safety concerns promptly Adhere to a “clean as you go” policy and wear PPE correctly Follow all food safety, quality, legality, and integrity procedures to prevent contamination or quality issues

Shift Pattern: Is working Monday to Friday. Start Time at 17:30 and finish time of 02:00

Salary: £14.06 an hour
