Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our Leicester site. You will help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, working on shift patterns.

You’ll operate machinery, maintain a clean and safe environment, perform quality checks, and collaborate with the team to meet production targets. Prior production experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable and motivated individual to join production team.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to work shift patterns including early mornings.

Responsibilities

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 06:00-14:00 OR 05:00-13:00 OR 07:00-15:00, 37.5 hours p/w

Salary: £13.18 p/h

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
