Job summary

HIJOBS is inviting applications on behalf of UHI North, West and Hebrides for a lecturer role at the Dornoch campus to deliver the Golf curriculum.

The successful candidate will provide structured education to students, deliver modules on golf management, perform assessments, maintain records, and tailor delivery to the applicant's knowledge. This full-time role requires a passion for the golf industry and the ability to support the next generation of industry professionals.

• Carrying out assessments to the standards set by the industry/awarding body, maintaining accurate assessment records, evaluating student performance and achievement, making recommendations and highlighting support needs as appropriate are also requirements of the role.

Due to the success and growth of our programmes we have an exciting opportunity to join our team delivering the Golf curriculum at UHI North, West and Hebrides Dornoch campus.

Due to the success and growth of our programmes we have an exciting opportunity to join our team delivering the Golf curriculum at UHI North, West and Hebrides Dornoch campus. Our two full-time degree programmes are delivered from our UHI Centre for Golf. The post of lecturer is open for applicants who have a passion for the golf industry and are looking to help the next generation of industry professionals on starting their careers in the golf industry. We are looking for someone with a strong background working in the golf industry.

The programmes contain modules relating to all aspects of golf management and professional golf. Specific delivery may be adapted to best suit the successful candidate’s areas of knowledge and experience.
