Job summary

Workforce Recruitment Group Limited in East Devon is seeking a practical Production Operative to support the manufacture of tents using PVC and fabric materials. You will perform cutting, marking and welding from drawings and templates, and assist with product construction, picking and packing.

This permanent, full-time role offers £12.75–£13.55 per hour, optional overtime, monthly pay, and on-the-job training.

Job description

We are looking for a practical and reliable Production Operative to join an established manufacturing business in East Devon. The role involves hands-on manufacturing, working with PVC and fabric materials, and supporting the production of tents and related products.

Salary: £12.75-£13.55 per hour depending on experience + annual bonus

Role Type: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm, Friday 7:45am-3:15pm

Overtime: Optional, with additional hours available

Pay: Monthly - last working day of the month

Right to Work: RTW in the UK required

About the Role

You will work as part of a hands-on production team, supporting the manufacture of tents using PVC and fabric materials. The role includes cutting, marking and welding materials, working from drawings and templates, product construction, picking and packing.

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided.
