Pertemps Daventry seeks a Production Operative for a permanent, full-time position in Daventry. The role pays £26,161 annually, with a 39-hour week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm and Friday 8:30am–4:00pm, in a busy production team.

You will manufacture and assemble abrasive products, cut materials to length, and operate machinery. Full training is provided across production processes to build accuracy, quality focus and reliability.

The role pays £26,161 annually, £12.90 hourly, across 39 hours weekly: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.
