Jobsinkent in Tonbridge area is recruiting a Manufacturing Operative for a hands-on role with full training, no weekend work, and real long-term progression.

You’ll support day-to-day production, learn various techniques, follow safe procedures, and work with a friendly team. A full driving licence is essential, and you must live within commuting distance.

Looking for a practical, hands-on role where you can learn new skills, build a long-term career and still enjoy your weekend?

We’re recruiting a Manufacturing Operative to join an established, successful, and growing manufacturing business in the Tonbridge area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, problem solving, and being part of a team. You don’t need to know everything from day one - full training will be provided, giving you the chance to learn a variety of manufacturing techniques and develop your skills as you progress.

You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team, with a competitive salary, no weekend working and genuine opportunities for long-term development!

Your working pattern will be made up of rotating shifts of:

• 6:00am-2:00pm
• 2:00pm-10:00pm
• Every other Friday off when working the late shift
• No weekends

This shift pattern would be perfect for someone looking for a role with structure, variety, and a fantastic work-life balance.

What you’ll be doing:

A full driving licence is essential due to the location and working hours. Candidates must also live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Tonbridge area.
