Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives and Machine Operatives for our client in Willand, near Tiverton. The role offers a Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm schedule with an immediate start and a path from temporary to permanent employment.

This is a hands-on role in a leading metal panel manufacturer, with full training provided and opportunities for progression within a growing business. On-site parking is available and the site is easily accessible from Tiverton.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Operative or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of production and metalworking machinery.
• Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Carry out quality checks and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support the wider production team to ensure customer deadlines are achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or Assembly Operative looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing manufacturing business.
