Job summary

Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, Fife, is seeking a Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN/LDN) to lead clinical care and operations with the Home Manager. The post requires strong nursing leadership, regulatory awareness and a commitment to person-centred care for residents.

You will work 38.5 hours per week at £24.57 per hour, enjoy PVG pension and uniform; 5.6 weeks annual leave on a full-time contract, and contribute to a supportive, professional team dedicated to exceptional resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Previous leadership experience in a care home or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge including audits, care planning and medication management.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in day-to-day leadership of the home.
• Oversee clinical standards, care planning and regulatory compliance.
• Balance hands-on leadership with operational oversight to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and maintain a compassionate environment.
