Job summary

Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar is seeking caring Care Assistants to join a warm team. You will support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility and nutrition, helping them feel safe and valued in a home that prioritises dignity and meaningful connection.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with flexible shifts, PVG paid, a pension and uniform provided, plus 5.6 weeks’ annual leave for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• A kind, compassionate and respectful approach towards others.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Genuine passion for supporting older people and promoting wellbeing.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous care experience or NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is beneficial but not essential.

Lunardi Court Care Home, located in Cupar, Fife, provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care in a warm and welcoming environment. With a strong focus on meaningful relationships, personalised support and creating a true sense of belonging, the home is dedicated to helping residents thrive while fostering a positive and rewarding environment for colleagues.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Full Time & Part Time Available
• Shift Times: 08:00AM-20:00PM , 20:00PM-08:00AM
• Dayshift and nightshift available
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
