near Cromer and across the North Norfolk area. We are experiencing high demand for reliable, enthusiastic QTS and QTLS teachers across all subject specialisms to support pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with Key Stage 5 opportunities also available).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, structured lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining high expectations for learning and pupil progress.

Create a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment using effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.

Adapt learning delivery to accommodate students with diverse learning styles and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Leave clear handover notes for regular class teachers when fulfilling day-to-day cover assignments.

For long-term roles: plan, assess, and mark work, participate in department meetings, and contribute to parents' evenings as required.

What We Look For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS (or recognised UK teaching qualification).

Strong classroom management skills and the confidence to step into unfamiliar secondary settings with ease.

Subject knowledge across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in your specialist area (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, Creative Arts, PE, etc.).

An adaptable, punctual, and professional approach with excellent communication skills.

A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
