Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in Crawley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site operations for a Tier 2 principal contractor. You will oversee day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on multi-million pound projects.

The role requires a proven PM track record, SMSTS, and a CSCS Black Card. You will manage client communications, maintain records, and drive projects to time, budget and specification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager.
• Valid SMSTS.
• CSCS Black Card.

• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates.

Looking for a project manager to work on a permanent basis for a Tier 2 Principle Contractor. The value of their projects range from £2,000,000 to £10,000,000. Looking for someone with a background in facades/ cladding and scaffolding experience preferable.
