Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their production team in Congleton. You will be responsible for ensuring automated machinery runs safely and efficiently, producing products to high quality standards.

Key duties include setting up and operating machinery, monitoring performance, performing quality checks, loading materials and maintaining clean, safe working environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• Food, pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Good mechanical awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Machine Operators on behalf of our well known client, to join their production team in Congleton.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring production machinery runs safely and efficiently, producing products to the highest quality standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating automated production machinery
• Monitoring machine performance throughout production runs
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Loading raw materials and preparing machines for production

• Assisting with machine changeovers and routine cleaning
• Reporting faults or production issues promptly

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment

The Shifts:

Monday to Friday on Noon shifts

• 13:30 - 22:00

Overtime may be available during busy periods, with occasional weekend work if required.
