Job summary

The Best Connection are looking for Machine Operatives to join our long standing client in Cheslyn Hay. This full-time, ongoing role involves operating machines in a semi-automated production facility, producing concrete materials and performing related factory duties.

You will buddy up with a full-time staff member and follow a training plan to learn the machines.

• Experience in machine operation preferred.
• Willingness to learn through training.

The Best Connection are looking forMachine Operativeson afull-time, ongoing basisto join our long standing and prestigiousclient based inCheslyn Hay.

The role involvesproducingconcrete materialsin a semi-automated production facility, where you will beMachine Operating,using Presses,and other factory duties as and when required. You will be buddied up with a full time member of staff and go through a training plan to learn how to operate the machines. Work wear will be provided free of charge: overalls, ear defenders, safety glasses, steel toe cap wellies and safety boots.

Once you have completed your training and shown good time keeping and attendance a full time permanent position will be considered.

The hours of work are between 06:00 -08.00 start until 16.00 - 17:00 finish Monday to Friday

Further overtime is also available.

There are no smoking or vaping facilities onsite.

Pay: £13.50 p/h
