Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting an Electrical Shift Engineer for a large commercial building in Fenchurch Street, London. The role focuses on electrical maintenance across landlord areas, requiring an electrically biased background (C&G / NVQ) and a 07:00 start.

The salary is up to £53,000 per annum with opportunities for training, progression, and overtime. The package includes uniform, tools, cycle to work, and 20 days holiday.

Responsibilities

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

Electrical Shift Engineer – Continental Shift – Commercial Building – Fenchurch Street, London – up to £53,000 Per annum

My client is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Fenchurch Street, London. A successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ). He or she will be required to carry out electrical maintenance across the landlord's areas of the high-rise commercial building. • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Electrically qualified level (C&G, NVQ etc)
• 18th edition
• Experience working in a large commercial building
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Must be able to get to the site for 07:00 am start
