We are looking for a compassionate and motivated


Housing Support Assistant to join our team in St Agnes, Chiswick. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in maintaining stable accommodation, developing independent living skills, and improving their overall wellbeing.


As a Housing Support Assistant, you will provide practical and emotional support to residents, helping them sustain their tenancies and work towards greater independence.
