Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking a compassionate Housing Support Assistant (Night) for St Agnes in Chiswick, London. The role involves helping residents sustain tenancies, develop independent living skills, and improve wellbeing in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include delivering person-centred housing support, assisting with budgeting and daily living tasks, and coordinating with housing providers and authorities. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housing support or homelessness services, social care, or similar role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, empathetic and professional approach.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred housing-related support to individuals with a range of needs.
• Assist residents with developing independent living skills, including budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and managing household responsibilities.
• Support service users to access healthcare, benefits, employment, education, and community services.
• Help residents maintain their accommodation and comply with tenancy agreements.
• Maintain accurate records, support plans, and case notes.
• Work closely with housing providers, local authorities, and partner agencies.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
• Respond appropriately to welfare concerns and follow organisational policies and procedures.
