Smith & Western Restaurants is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our branded restaurant and bar in a high-volume setting. You will manage a team, oversee ordering, stock control, health and safety, and uphold our high standards to delight every visitor.

The ideal candidate has a proven GM track record in branded restaurants, a proactive management style, energy, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the Smith & Western Family.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a General Manager in a branded restaurant environment, with experience of working at high volume, with fresh produce. You will have a positive and pro-active management style and share our passion for providing the highest quality customer service. You will also have bundles of energy alongside a winning smile and common sense in abundance!

As the go-to person for all aspects and issues of running this busy restaurant, you will enjoy a varied and hands on role, working closely with the Head Chef and Directors to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly and help to develop standards and drive the business forward whilst ensuring all customers leave with a smile on their face having had an amazing experience.
