Job summary

Smith & Western is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and drive quality across seven restaurants in the South East. You’ll be dynamic, hardworking and capable of maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment, while guiding a motivated team.

Salary up to £45,000 plus tips depending on experience. Benefits include staff discount, uniform provided, and employee recognition schemes, with plans for expansion ahead.
