They are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in enhancing their communication skills, ensuring constructive and appropriate communication at all times.
• Advocate for clients when necessary, upholding their rights to privacy, dignity, and respect while reporting any safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding the client's development and wellbeing while actively participating in service review meetings.
• Implement individual care plans in alignment with each client's culture, gender, and age, providing support for leisure activities and appointments.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene, adhering to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Be available for work across a flexible schedule, including weekends and night duties as needed.
• Assist and support with personal care as per training and the client's support / care plan, with a focus on providing compassionate care.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in care or support roles is preferable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• A compassionate and patient approach to support clients with varying needs.
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to changing client requirements.
• Commitment to upholding client dignity, privacy, and rights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while complying with organisational protocols.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
