Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to manufacturer standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing across diverse vehicle makes and models
- Utilize workshop systems and equipment accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Provide professional customer communication and outstanding service
- Support workshop efficiency and maintain high standards of quality
- Keep detailed service records for each vehicle
- Continually update technical knowledge through manufacturer training sessions
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven technical experience in a franchised dealership environment
