Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Production Operative for our Buxton manufacturing client. You will operate up to four automated assembly machines, carry out tool changes, monitor performance and record production data.

Training is provided and no previous machine experience is required. Initially you will work a fixed day shift; later you will move to a weekly rotating pattern, 40 hours per week, with pay £13.25 per hour.

Production Operative Needed

Location: Buxton

Pay: £13.25 per hour

Hours: 40 hours a week

We are recruiting on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client in Buxton. This is a hands-on role where you'll with automated assembly machinery helping produce high-quality components. No previous experience with these specific machines is required as full training will be provided.

Shift pattern

During initial training you'll be on a permanent day shift, after that you'll move onto a weekly rotating shift pattern.

• Week 1: 6am-2pm Monday to Friday
• Week 2: 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday
