Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader for a permanent role in Camden. You will carry out maintenance works on domestic properties for a local social housing contractor, specialising in carpentry and basic multi-trade tasks.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence, own van, and experience with social housing. PDA experience is desirable. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00–16.00 with van and fuel card provided; occasional call-out rota available. Start date ASAP.

Carpenter Multi Trade - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Camden

A Carpenter Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. As well as carpentry works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Carpenter Multi Trader are:

• Carrying out works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs

Requirements of a Carpenter Multi Trader:

• Must have a full UK driving licence and own van
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have experience of using a PDA
