Job summary

Regen Solutions are seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to carry out works for a large contractor in social and domestic properties, South London. This permanent role offers a salary of £39,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle and fuel card, pension and life insurance.

You will perform general maintenance and multi-trade repairs across occupied and void properties, with carpentry as your main trade.

Qualifications

• Experience in social/domestic housing.
• Valid full UK driving license.
• Experience with multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance on occupied and void properties.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling repairs.
• Apply carpentry as the main trade in all tasks.
