Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is hiring for Assembly Operators in Glasgow to join a busy factory team. You will assemble timber wall panels following detailed diagrams and use hand and power tools to meet quality and output targets.

This full-time role offers clear training and progression, with pay increases after training and a supportive team focused on safety and quality. Monday to Friday shifts run 06:00–14:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing or assembly, or transferable skills
• Ability to follow diagrams and instructions accurately
• Physically fit for manual handling
