Job summary

Gap Personnel is hiring an Assembly Operative for our Bridgend site. You will join a clean, well‑run manufacturing environment with a supportive team and structured training. The role offers two shift options: 12‑hour day/night consistency or rotational days/afternoons/nights with weekends off.

DBS is required or applicants must be willing to obtain one. Pay is £15.17–£15.25 per hour with weekly pay and temp to perm opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid DBS or be willing to obtain one.
• Experience in production or assembly is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Using hand tools to assemble products.
• Building and assembling components.
• Quality checking items on the line.
• Packing finished goods for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working effectively with the team and supervisors.

• Shift 1 – 12‑hour Days & Nights Consistent long‑shift pattern.
