Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting an Assembly Operative in Bridgend for a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will participate in assembly, inspection, and packing, helping ensure products meet quality standards with a team-focused approach.

The role is full-time, temp to perm, with DBS check required or applicants willing to obtain one. Training is provided and opportunities for progression exist in a supportive facility.

Salary: £12.71 per hour + Overtime

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Shift Pattern:

• 8h Days and afternoons
• 12h Days and nights

As a Assembly Operator, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help maintain smooth and efficient production.
