We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join an excellent nursery based in Caldecotte. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team in delivering exceptional care and education to young children.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing your room, supporting, and developing Nursery Practitioners, and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

We are also currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner position within the nursery.

You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification to be considered for this role.
