You will provide key SEN support within the classroom, working 1:1 and in small groups, and collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure pupils’ needs are met effectively.We are offering a term-time contract plus an additional 1 week to include all INSET days and professional development.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll provide personalised SEN provision on a 1:1 basis and in groups, supporting the pupil in accessing the curriculum at an appropriate level and adapting the learning to make it accessible for students with specific needs. This role also involves providing pastoral support, and you’ll monitor progress to feed back to the class teacher whilst working closely with relevant staff to ensure each student can achieve their full potential.
