Job summary

Mark Rutherford School in Bedford is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusion Team, linked to the Learning Support Centre. You will support students and teachers across the school, helping learners overcome barriers to progress and achieve their full potential.

Previous experience of working with students with additional needs would be desirable, but it is not essential. We are committed to supporting the successful candidate and will provide specialist training and professional development to help you develop the knowledge and skills required for the role.
