You will provide key SEN support within the classroom, working 1:1 and in small groups, and collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure pupils’ needs are met effectively.We are offering a term-time contract plus an additional 1 week to include all INSET days and professional development.**Job Purpose**As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll provide personalised SEN provision on a 1:1 basis and in groups, supporting the pupil in accessing the curriculum at an appropriate level and adapting the learning to make it accessible for students with specific needs.
