Verdant Parks is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated maintenance team at Queensberry Bay Holiday Park. You will coordinate day-to-day tasks, balance supervision with hands-on work, and ensure grounds, buildings, and facilities meet the highest standards.
The role requires practical maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a proactive safety approach. Flexible to holiday cover, with a 40-hour week and 40 hours over five days, including occasional changes during peak season.

As a hands-on leader, you'll support the Maintenance Manager or General Manager in coordinating day-to-day maintenance and grounds operations, managing workloads, and ensuring high standards are consistently achieved across the park. From overseeing projects and supervising team members to carrying out maintenance tasks yourself, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional holiday experience.

Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or General Manager, you'll allocate workloads, monitor projects, support team development, and help create a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and holiday homeowners.
We're looking for a practical, organised, and proactive individual with previous maintenance experience and proven leadership skills. You'll be comfortable balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands‑on maintenance work, supporting team members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Experience in caravan or lodge maintenance, grounds maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trade skills would be highly advantageous.
