Job summary

Verdant Parks is seeking an Ownership Manager to lead the ownership sales team at Queensberry Bay Holiday Park, Annan. You will drive the full ownership journey, from first enquiry to sale and ongoing owner relationships, ensuring presentations and finance options are clear and accurate.

You will oversee market trends, coach the team, attend caravan shows, and work with Marketing to boost engagement and revenue while maintaining outstanding guest experiences across our parks.

• Liaise with Marketing to produce brochures, POS materials, and drive customer engagement.
• Provide line management with training, guidance, and performance appraisals.
• Keep existing owners informed about park updates, products and services for long-term relationships.
• Deliver a consistent, personalised service to all customers and holiday home owners.
• Lead recruitment, induction, and development of team members to ensure high performance.
• Ensure all sales administration, CRM updates, invoices, and finance proposals align with company policies.
