Job summary

Verdant Parks is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor at Queensberry Bay Holiday Park, Powfoot. This hands-on leadership role supports the Accommodation Manager by ensuring clean, well-presented accommodation and high standards across the park.

You will supervise daily housekeeping, assign tasks, and perform regular quality checks to guarantee guest satisfaction. The role involves inspecting beds and linen, coordinating with maintenance, and assisting park operations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, allocating tasks and job sheets to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure all accommodation and park facilities are cleaned and presented to consistently high standards through regular quality checks.
• Inspect beds, linen, and soft furnishings on check-in days, arranging repairs or replacements and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
• Identify, report, and follow up on damage and repair requirements with the Maintenance Team.
• Carry out housekeeping duties as required, including cleaning, bedmaking, and supporting park operations.
