Job summary

CareTech Community Services Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker to join our Harrietsham service, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will provide person-centred support in line with individual plans and help with daily living tasks to promote independence.

We offer full training, a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, and a range of benefits as part of a supportive, long-term career in our care community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual plans.

Rate: £13.54 per hour
Permanent | Full Time |37.50 hours per week (rota-based)

The Role

Who Were Looking For

Were seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.

No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, well provide full training and a structured induction programme.

Requirements

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Drivers desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)
