Job summary

Bethphage in Chelmarsh is seeking a Part-time Support Worker to cover 14 hours per week over two days, with flexibility on which days from Monday to Friday. Rota is provided a month in advance.

The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities in farming and horticultural activities and assisting with transport. The ideal candidate will have a driver licence, good IT and communication skills, and a mix of practical and digital abilities.

Qualifications

• Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent
• Experience working with people who have learning disabilities is beneficial
• Farming/ horticultural experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities in farming and horticultural activities
• Assist with transport duties and collaborate as part of a team
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and infection control
