Job summary

Hafod is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Project Night Workers in Bridgend. You will provide overnight cover to ensure safety and smooth operation of a supported housing project for young people with complex needs.

As a relief night-shift role, duties include cleaning, administration, and collaborating with daytime staff to maintain continuity of care. A rewarding role with training and progression opportunities within Support.

We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll assist in the provision of a full range of support services to Young People with complex needs within a Supported Housing Project.

This role is relief position to cover night shifts, contracted to 0 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing

Provide overnight cover to maintain the safety, security, and smooth operation of the accommodation project, reporting and responding to issues as required.

Carry out cleaning duties across communal areas and vacant rooms to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Complete housing management and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and supporting effective service delivery.

Work collaboratively with support staff during incidents or crises and liaise with day staff to ensure continuity of care and best practice.

Monitor compliance with health and safety, fire safety, licence agreements, and house rules, reporting concerns promptly and supporting resident wellbeing.
