Hafod is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Project Night Workers in Bridgend. You will provide overnight cover to ensure safety and smooth operation of a supported housing project for young people with complex needs.

As a relief night-shift role, duties include cleaning, administration, and collaborating with daytime staff to maintain continuity of care. A rewarding role with training and progression opportunities within Support.

Formación

• Compassionate, person-centred approach to supporting youth
• Ability to respond calmly to crises and challenging behaviour
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide overnight cover to maintain safety and security of the housing project
• Carry out cleaning duties across communal areas and vacant rooms
• Complete housing management and administrative tasks with accurate records
• Work with support staff during incidents and liaise with day staff to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor health, safety, fire safety, licences and house rules and report concerns
