Willingcare in Bromsgrove is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a small, thriving setting with a focus on high-quality early years education. You will oversee daily operations, ensure Ofsted compliance and nurture a caring, collaborative team focused on outstanding outcomes.

The role requires Level 3+ Early Years qualification, 2 years’ managerial experience, and strong SEN support capabilities, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Up to £35,000 plus benefits.
