Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited in Newport, Wales, is seeking an established Nursery Manager to lead day-to-day operations and develop the nursery team.

You will drive high standards of Early Years care, embed EYFS across all rooms and ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, with a salary up to £44,500 and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager.
• Strong Early Years knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Experience maintaining safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.

Up to £44,500 per year | 40 Hours per Week

Strong nursery leadership is about creating the right environment for children to thrive, teams to develop and the setting itself to succeed.

This nursery provides dedicated rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, with each space designed around the different stages of Early Years development. Children are encouraged to explore, discover and grow at their own pace, with a strong emphasis on developing curiosity, confidence and independence through meaningful everyday experiences.

We’re looking for an established Nursery Manager with at least three years’ management experience who can bring strong Early Years knowledge alongside the operational and financial skills needed to successfully lead a nursery.
