We are seeking dedicated and resilient Support Workers to provide 3:1 support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both within the individual's home and out in the community. The individual requires consistent support to manage anxiety, maintain routines, access education and appointments, and in community activities.

We're looking for confident, and proactive individuals who can provide consistent, person-centred support in a complex Criteria: Minimum 6 months' experience in Health & Social Care Experience supporting individuals with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities Experience working with behaviours that communication and report-writing skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Flexible approach to working days and waking nights Commitment to promoting and positive outcomes Full UK Driving Licence preferred
