Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team in delivering fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will recruit, train and engage colleagues while monitoring costs and standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role involves hands-on food preparation, maintaining shop cleanliness and stock, and supporting a welcoming store environment. Strong leadership in a retail or food-on-the-go setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or line manager in a retail or food-on-the-go setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shift-based work.

Responsibilities

Join us as a Shop Manager andyou’lllead andmotivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You’llbe responsible formaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

• Leadthe team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop

• Keepa close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparationandserving customers

£12.91 per hour, if you are under 18 this will be £11.03 per hour

£14.00 per hour which includes a 20p per hour band increment.
