Job summary

Greggs plc in Basildon, England is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver fast and friendly service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive thru channels. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues while maintaining high standards of service.

You will manage wage and waste controls, ensure a clean, well-stocked shop, and actively serve customers. This role offers competitive pay with commission and excellent employee benefits.

Qualifications

• If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, you will have experience delivering excellent customer service in a food-on-the-go environment or retail.

• Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement.
• Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers.

£12.91 per hour, if you are under 18 this will be £11.03 per hour

£35,714 per annum plus Additional Commission subject to eligibility.

£14.00 per hour which includes a 20p per hour band increment.
