Job summary

Customized Community Support LTD is seeking compassionate Care Workers to provide high-quality support in various care settings across the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering personalised care to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Experience in assisted living, patient care or senior care is valued. You will assist with daily activities, meals, medication administration, mobility, transport to appointments, and supervision, while upholding safety and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support with meal preparation and feeding as required.
• Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate records on the MAR.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required.
• Monitor health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals and supervisors.
• Implement behaviour management strategies for clients with behavioural challenges.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary.
