About you

You'll be caring, reliable and committed to delivering high quality, person centred support. You'll enjoy building positive relationships, work well as part of a team and have basic IT skills for maintaining records. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred, as the role may involve supporting individuals to attend appointments, activities and community outings.
