Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Regional Home Manager who is a qualified nurse to oversee medicine administration across elderly care facilities in the Midlands and occasionally South England. You will support Home Managers, plan staff meetings, and ensure staff competency and adherence to company policies.

The role requires willingness to travel and strong communication skills to coordinate multiple sites and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with RGN or RMN and valid NMC pin.
• Proven experience as Nursing Home Manager, Peripatetic Manager, or Multi-site Manager in care homes.
• Strong knowledge of medicine administration in elderly care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure effective delivery of the medicine administration process in elderly nursing homes.
• Support homes in absence of the manager.
• Plan and facilitate regular staff meetings and staff supervision.
• Establish an efficient communication system to keep staff updated.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and ensure areas of responsibility are maintained.
• Delegate duties to staff and ensure their implementation.

We are searching for a highly dedicated and experienced Regional Home Manager who is a Qualified Nurse to join our client’s management team. As a Regional Home Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective delivery of the medicine administration process in line with company policies at various elderly nursing homes. This role will involve providing support to Home Managers, planning and facilitating staff meetings, and offering assistance to staff members.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with RGN (Registered General Nurse) or
• RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with a
• valid NMCpin number.
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Peripatetic Manager, or Multi-site Manager in the care home sector.
• Strong knowledge of overseeing the medicine administration process in a care facility for the elderly
• Ability to ensure staff members at nursing homes attend mandatory and required training courses to maintain skills, knowledge, and competency levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
